1. Bikepark Osternohe
About 26 km north-east in Osternohe near Schnaittach in the Nürnberger Land – the nearest lift-served bike park from Nuremberg. A drag lift takes you up, three runs bring you down: Blue Line, Freeride and Downhill. Small, but packed with built features. It's generally open April to October, Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, weather permitting – so check with the operator first. Bikepark Osternohe on Lemoyn.

About 57 km south in Treuchtlingen in the Altmühl valley – the second lift option. An official trail park since 2019, with six signposted trails mixing built and natural sections, plus a pump track and practice course at the valley station. Since May 2024 there's a lift. In town: Schmausenbuck and Hiroshimaplatz
You don't need a lift for an after-work ride. Bikepark Schmausenbuck, about 6 km east of the centre, is a free trail park despite the name – no lift, but three descents, a pump track and an uphill trail. Just under 3 km south-east of the centre there's Pumptrack Hiroshimaplatz.
Dirt along the Pegnitz: Rückersdorf and Lauf
Heading east there are two dirt parks one after the other: Dirtpark Rückersdorf (about 12 km) and Dirtpark Lauf an der Pegnitz (about 16 km). Both sit roughly on the way to Osternohe – easy to tack onto a park day.
Towards Fürth and Erlangen
West and north of the city there's more to jump and pump: Dirtpark Veitsbronn, Pumptrack Obermichelbach and Dirtpark Großenseebach.
