Conditions of Participation – Monthly Prize Draw

The prize draw is in no way connected to Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google/YouTube or TikTok and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by them.

Participation is open to natural persons aged 16 or over residing in the European Union. The organizer himself is excluded. Only one user account per person is permitted; participation via sweepstakes agencies, automated services or fake accounts is excluded.

Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services. There are two separate categories, each with its own monthly draw:

• Spot draw: anyone who submits a new spot during the calendar month that is reviewed and published by our editors receives one entry.
• Clip draw: anyone who uploads a clip during the calendar month that is approved by our editors receives one entry.

Exactly one entry per person and category is granted, regardless of the number of submissions. Each entry period starts on the 1st of a month at 00:00 and ends on the last day of the month at 23:59 (CET/CEST). A new draw starts each month; submissions from previous months do not re-enter.

One winner per category is drawn at random each month from all valid entries of that month (two winners per month in total). The number of votes, views or other interactions has no influence on the odds of winning.

The prize in each category is a 100 € voucher for an online bike retailer chosen by the organizer. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.

Winners are notified by email shortly after the end of the month using the address stored in their user account. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim expires and the organizer may draw a replacement winner.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these conditions or the platform terms of use, in particular in cases of manipulation, multiple accounts, or stolen or infringing content. Prizes may also be revoked retroactively in such cases.

To run the draw we process the name or display name, email address and the link between submissions and the user account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For details see our privacy policy.

The organizer may adapt, suspend or terminate the draw at any time without prior notice if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Prize claims already acquired in completed months remain unaffected.

Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Austrian law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The German version of these conditions prevails.
