Conditions of Participation – Lemoyn Club Challenge

The prize draw is in no way connected to Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google/YouTube or TikTok and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by them.

Participation is open to natural persons aged 16 or over residing in the European Union. The organizer himself is excluded. One user account per person is permitted; participation via sweepstakes agencies, automated services or fake accounts is excluded.

A user account is required, because points are credited to an account. Contributions without an account are possible and appear on the platform, but they do not earn points and do not take part in the challenge.

Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services. There is one draw per calendar month.

Anyone who collects points with their account during the current calendar month takes part automatically. There is no separate registration. Points are earned for contributions to the platform in the amounts listed below.

• Report or confirm conditions: 5 points, once per spot or trail per day.
• Add character, soil or vegetation: 10 points, once per spot or trail.
• Rate a spot or trail: 15 points, once per spot or trail. For spots, only after email confirmation.
• Correction to a spot: 15 points per accepted correction.
• Add an event: 25 points per published event.
• Submit a clip: 40 points per approved clip.
• Submit a new spot: 100 points once it is published.

Contributions subject to review (clips, events, corrections, new spots) count only once approved. Point values may change; points already credited remain unchanged.

Each scoring period starts on the 1st of a month at 00:00 UTC and ends on the last day of the month at 23:59 UTC. Scoring restarts at zero each month; points from previous months do not re-enter. Your permanent Lemoyn Club level is not affected.

Transitional provision: for calendar months up to and including August 2026, the previous version of these terms applied, with a draw among all clip submissions of that month. The draw for August 2026 will still be carried out under that version.

Only credited points count. Contributions still under review count only from approval; voided contributions do not count.

After the end of the month, the ten accounts with the most points that month are determined. One winner is drawn at random from among them — not the highest-ranked. Everyone in the draw has the same chance of winning, regardless of their score.

If several accounts are tied for tenth place, all of them take part and the draw pool is correspondingly larger. The number of votes, views or other interactions has no influence on the odds of winning.

The prize is a 100 € voucher for an online bike retailer chosen by the organizer. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.

The winner is notified by email shortly after the end of the month, using the address stored in their user account. If they do not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim expires and the organizer may draw a replacement winner.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these conditions or the platform terms of use, in particular in cases of manipulation, multiple accounts, or stolen or infringing content. Prizes may also be revoked retroactively in such cases.

To run the draw we process the name or display name, email address and the link between submissions and the user account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For details see our privacy policy.

If a participant is among the leading places, their display name and score appear on the public monthly board. The display name is a self-chosen handle, otherwise an identifier of the form “Rider #a3f9” from which the person cannot be derived. Real names and email addresses are not published. The board is only shown once more than ten accounts have collected points in that month.

The organizer may adapt, suspend or terminate the draw at any time without prior notice if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Prize claims already acquired in completed months remain unaffected.

Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Austrian law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The German version of these conditions prevails.
