What is a Bike Park?
A bike park features groomed, signposted trails from green to black – with a lift or shuttle service. Well-known European bike parks include Mayrhofen, Leogang, Brandnertal and Winterberg.
What is a Trail Park?
Trail parks focus on natural singletrack trails. No lift, but an extensive network through forests and mountain terrain – ideal for riders who want the full climb-and-descend experience.
What is a Pump Track?
A pump track is an asphalt or concrete loop of rollers and banked turns, ridden by pumping without pedalling. Perfect for all ages – from toddlers to enduro riders.
What is a Dirt Park?
Dirt parks consist of earth mounds and jump lines for dirt jump and freestyle riding. From small rollers for beginners to big lines for experienced jumpers – all about style and technique.
Skate Park (MTB)
Concrete skate parks are used by MTB riders for street and bowl riding. Many modern parks are explicitly bike-friendly with elements for tricks, grinds and air.
Bike Shop & Service
Local bike shops offer workshop service, rentals, e-bike advice and MTB equipment. Find shops near your favourite park – for quick repairs or gear on the go.
